Sisel International has what appears a hybrid compensation plan of a bi-nary and a uni-level. It is a bit complex to try to explain everything in detail here, but here is a summary -
- Fast Start Bonus - Pays out a 30% commission on the BV of a newly recruited member’s first order.
- Fast Start Retention Bonus - Pays out up to 15% on second month orders in addtional to “Direct distributor commissions”
- Direct Distributor Commissions - Pays up to 7 levels deep and 15% on a single level
- Master Check Match - Pays up to 4 generations and 5% on a single generation
- Luxury Bonus - Up to $750 per month (car bonus)

Sisel International: What To Do NEXT?
Although Sisel International is a relatively new company (founded in 2006), the executive and field leadership are made up of industry veterans with a track record of success. It seems to be a very reliable business and definitely not a scam as some people misunderstood.
In fact, I believe it has the potential be become one of the top health and beauty direct sales companies in the world as its growth is based on strong scientific research and product sales.
And as I mentioned earlier in this review, there are a few simple “secrets” that will affect the outcome of your business AND your income whether you decide to join Sisel International or another network marketing / direct sales business opportunity.
The typical “plan” or “pitch” shown by corporate or field leaders usually talks about the penny doubling every day…
1 > 2 > 4 > 8 > 16 > 32 > 64 . . . > over 1 MILLION distributors
If you sponsor just 2, who sponsor 2, who sponsor 2, etc.
Yes, the compounding effect IS indeed a powerful concept and it does work! Yet what we have to realize is it doesn’t usually work out the way it is presented from stage… and that’s simply because we are dealing with human beings… and human beings are a bit complicated, if not stubborn 
Ooops.. sorry to burst your bubble… but there IS hope.
The simple truth is that for duplication to kick in in a big way, you need to personally recruit around 100 people in the life of your career with a specific company to see significant results – say, an additional $100,000 or more annually.
Let’s assume you sponsor 100 people. From that group anywhere between 5 and 15 people will actually duplicate and sponsor additional distributors or customers, and the rest of the group are almost always product users who do not share the products or the business opportunity with others.
And once you sponsor enough people, then it’s all about your team’s culture and leadership to develop and keep the people there.
All in all, in the beginning phase of your business… it’s about hustling, working hard and smart to get whatever results you can.
This means, LEADS… or the SIZE OF YOUR LIST, and the quality of the relationship you build with that list is the name of the game.
