I started on my leadership/personal development journey with Orrin almost five years ago now. Applying the principals that Orrin and his Team organization have taught from stage, along with the personal development system that they have put together has made all the difference in my performance in my job, and has helped me work towards positively leading my family. So many times it's easy to get distracted and even get off tract with what someone wants to accomplish in their lives. Orrin's leadership system is designed to help focus individuals on their purpose by enhancing their strengths and providing tools to work on ones weaknesses. It is difficult in this day and age to even know who to trust or who is speaking truth or just simply telling you what you want to hear. Sometimes we don't want to hear the truth because we are offended. We don't want to look at the reality of things and see them for what they are. This is my reason for choosing to listen to Orrin, because when he speaks he is simply Speaking Truth and not for his personal gain or reccognition. He is the most genuine, honest leaders of our time and if you really listen to his words, you could not deny this. I am grateful for Orrin and his courage to stand up and speak about what this country needs! What a courageous leader of principal and character! Now when someone reads my opinion they might say, "This woman writing this is not known or valued for her opinion". Yet, I can say with a whole heart, I know the significance his leadership has brought to not just me, but my entire family, not to mention the 1000's of people Orrin has positively impacted. If we had "Orrin's" running our country, Our children and grandchildren would have a life of hope and repair...we are a broken society that can and will be helped as more great leaders of integrity stand up and do what it takes to secure a future for the generations to come.
